Travelzoo is seeking a Hotel Supply Coordinator to join our team in London. The Hotel Supply Coordinator manages the daily supply operations associated with hotel onboarding, pricing and promotions, inventory availability & quality checks for our hotel online booking engine. The ideal candidate will have an online booking/hotel background and a passion for exploring the world.



Do you feel…

  • Motivated to load hotel profiles and offers in our back-office system and ensure hotel content is up-to-date at all time
  • Confident to provide new hotel partners the support required to onboard to our booking engine
  • Capable of supporting hotel partners by providing training and answering questions on inventory connectivity, rates management, promotional deal capabilities, and booking related policies, both with the initial onboarding of new partners and from an ongoing maintenance and account management perspective
  • Excited to help to educate hotels on operationalizing the Travelzoo rate with extras for a seamless guest experience
  • Enthusiastic to train Sales Managers on rate mapping, rate parity, and rate distribution channels so they can speak intelligently to our hotel partners
  • Able to review and analyze competitive rates through tools provided
  • Adept at monitoring and reporting on inventory and availability parity and agreements set are being adhered to, and communicating any discrepancies to the respective sales managers
  • Driven to proactively identify back-end system enhancements to improve supply availability and competitiveness
  • Keen to provide hotel operations testing tied to the release of new supply and new technical functionality
  • Curious to assist Customer Service as needed to troubleshoot any service issues, as well as rebooking, cancellations and rebooking as needed



You are ideally…


  • Degree educated
  • A professional with 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in online booking or from the hotel sector
  • A high-performer with a strong work ethic and sound judgement
  • An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about travel, including experience booking personal travel
  • Empathetic with a hands-on and innovative working style
  • Fluent in English, German language skills will be a plus
