We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago. The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for managing the sales processes and facilitate data review for our different North American business units. This person will work closely together with our Senior Management and a variety of other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Dedicated to deliver weekly, monthly and quarter-end revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Capable of providing ad-hoc analysis and support to senior management to optimize revenue
  • Determined to support the administration of the company’s intranet and CRM (Salesforce), providing on-going systems administration, user support and data analysis
  • Keen to collate and analyzing data to enhance sales collateral such as case studies, sales presentations, product overview sheets, etc. in line with the company’s corporate image
  • Maintaining and tracking incoming sales leads
  • Motivated to support the sales teams with sales processes, competitor monitoring, contracts preparation and quality control
  • Able to assemble data on key sales metrics for management and finance reporting

 

You are ideally…


  • A professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role (ideal backgrounds include: Sales Operations, a business analyst role at a web company, an audit / consulting role, or other data strategy type positions)
  • Experienced in sales operations or similar with a proven track record and a thorough understanding of the commercial function
  • An analytical person with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and fixing reports, user formulas, etc.)
  • Skilled in collecting, aggregating, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
  • Used to working with Salesforce (experience onboarding Salesforce across an organization would be a great advantage)
  • Strong in reporting and able to work in a methodical manner with logical approach, inquiring mind and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
  • Able to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Degree-level educated
