The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for managing the sales processes and facilitate data review for our different European business units. This person will work closely together with our Senior Management and a variety of other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Determined to support the administration of the company’s intranet and CRM (Salesforce), providing on-going systems administration, user support and data analysis
  • Keen to collate and analysing data to enhance sales collateral such as case studies, sales presentations, product overview sheets, etc. in line with the company’s corporate image
  • Responsible to work closely with the company’s stakeholders to create bespoke presentations for conferences, new business meetings and campaign reviews
  • Apt to maintain and track incoming sales leads
  • Motivated to support the sales teams with sales processes, competitor monitoring, contracts preparation and quality control
  • Able to assemble data on key sales metrics for management and finance reporting


You are ideally…

  • A professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role (ideal backgrounds include: Sales Operations, a business analyst role at a web company, an audit / consulting role, or other data strategy type positions)
  • Experienced in sales operations or similar with a proven track record and a thorough understanding of the commercial function
  • An analytical person with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and fixing reports, user formulas, etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with a keen eye for detail
  • Skilled in collecting, aggregating, analysing, interpreting and presenting data
  • Used to working with Salesforce (experience onboarding Salesforce across an organization would be a great advantage)
  • Strong in reporting and able to work in a methodical manner with logical approach, inquiring mind and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
  • Able to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Degree-level educated
  • Fluent in English
