We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in London. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the company’s regional sales teams to ensure our back office proprietary systems together with Salesforce function efficiently and are set up for continued growth.

  • Motivated to oversee the primary management of Travelzoo’s Salesforce CRM system which consists of 200+ users globally
  • Confident to collaborate closely with the functional leads and other stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes
  • Keen to take business requirements and translate them into technical integration requirements (including page layouts & field structures, email automation & email templates, automated workflows, etc.)
  • Capable of identifying process improvements and lead effective process changes, especially with Travelzoo’s Salesforce integration
  • Eager to work together with the Sales Operation Team to support the overall sales effort, managing contracts, presentations, etc.
  • Excited to provide Salesforce user training to the team, advocating best practice within Salesforce and using and proposing technical solutions to business problems
  • Able to analyze sales figures and provide deliverables based on project requests
  • Determined to provide weekly and monthly forecasts and reports
  • Responsible to manage data uploads, deduplication, and regular cleansing of Salesforce data
  • Eager to take on ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Confident to drive the sales process through lead generation



You are ideally…


  • Degree-level educated (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • A professional with at least 5 years of sales operations experience
  • Salesforce certified; ideally Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Highly experienced in creating complex reports and dashboards
  • A strong analytical thinker (organizing, prioritizing, planning, research and applying logical thinking)
  • A self-starter who can take projects on and run with them independently
  • Able to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • An excellent organizational and interpersonal communicator
  • Fluent in English
