The Sales Operation Manager is to help our business units to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in local operations in Asia Pacific. The successful people will have a strong background in data analysis using Business Intelligent tools and experience in transforming data into actionable insights.

This position is based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

Important responsibilities as Sales Operations Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
  • Responsible for managing the sales processes and facilitate data review
  • Manage and improve the Salesforce operation, in order to help the overall business performance and growth.
  •  Working closely with sales team to understand their needs from the tools/process perspective and addresses by rolling out sales processes for sales operations in APAC
  • Prepare and conduct system training to sales team in Asia Pacific.
  • Participate in system implementation, configuration, testing and execution.
  • Plan and monitor sales operation procedures and make necessary improvement.
  • Address and provide key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources.
  • Generate reports and oversee budget.
  • Monitoring insertion order approvals
  • Ensuring contracts are completed and uploaded correctly
  • Revenue reporting and distribution of information to necessary stakeholders
  • Designing, uploading and delivering surveys for Sales and PR or other departments
  • Assisting in marketing, presentation, conference organization for sales staff
  • Taking responsibility for advertiser’s satisfaction such as initiating and managing client surveys; overseeing sales operations ad-hoc projects; monitoring progress; documenting and reporting the details.

  • Build strong cross functional relationships throughout Asia Pacific

  • Work hand in hand with others to contribute to the same goal- the success of the company
  • Being recognized for providing accurate and reliable data
  • Maintaining, identifying and leading implementation of system enhancements to improve inventory management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master´s Degree
  • 8-10 years working experience with at least 2 years’ experience with salesforce admin or programming role
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, operational metrics or metrics used in analytics
  • Computer literacy a must
  • Knowledge of basic e-commerce and site tracking methodology
  • Proficient with Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of the mobile and internet market in APAC
  • Regional experience a big advantage
  • Some experience in vendor management
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
