For our office in Berlin we are seeking a Sales Operations Associate (f/m/d)


Your responsibilities: 


  • Collating and analysing data from our intranet and CRM (Salesforce) to enhance sales collateral such as case studies, sales presentations, product overview sheets, etc. in line with the company’s corporate image
  • Working closely with the company’s stakeholders to create bespoke presentations for conferences, new business meetings and campaign reviews
  • Supporting the sales teams with sales processes, competitor monitoring, contracts preparation and quality control
  • Supporting the General Manager in Germany with ad-hoc reporting and presentations
  • Assembling data on key sales metrics for management and finance reporting 
  • Running surveys for all of Europe, including preparation of content, programming logic, and providing analysis using SurveyGizmo 
  • Updating company’s trade microsite (B2B) content using WordPress in conjunction with PR, sales and marketing
  • Ad-hoc projects to support the sales and production teams as required



Your profile: 


  • Proven track record in sales operations or similar, with a thorough understanding of the commercial function preferred
  • Proficient in presentation skills using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X, video editing) and WordPress
  • Comfortable formatting Excel tables and charts into PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with Excel reporting models, advance level preferred 
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a methodical manner with logical approach, inquiring mind and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and able to work with autonomy (remove management style), thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
  • Able to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Salesforce knowledge would be a plus (comfortable with Dashboards and reports preferably)
  • Degree-level education in digital marketing, information & communication design, business or similar
  • High level of written and spoken English, German and other languages a plus
